problem: I've ordered a SALE ITEM but I want to return it. Can I do that?
solution: No. Sale items cannot be returned for size exchanges under any Circumstances. Please make sure it is the size you require by Referring to our size charts.
problem: I've ordered the wrong size. I need a bigger/smaller shirt.
solution: Return the t-shirt to us along with your invoice and write on it the size you need. Please ensure you return the t-shirt to us folded and packaged neatly. We can't print a new size for you until we've received your returned shirt. We offer 1 size exchange free of charge. You can request a color change for your replacement if you wish.
problem: My shirt has a flaw/hole/print error.
solution: Email us here sales@sugarappledesign.com to let us know, we'll organize a replacement right away. Then return the shirt to us.
problem: I don't like the shirt design/color I've received. Can I return it for a refund?
solution: Yes you can, as long as it's unworn and returned to us neatly packaged. We'll refund your credit card on receipt of the return.
problem: You've sent me the wrong t-shirt.
solution: Ooops. Sorry. We do make the occasional packing error. Email us here sales@sugarappledesign.com to let us know the details and we'll get the right one sent to you.
If you do have to return goods, please print and complete the form below and return it with your goods to the address at the bottom of the page.
please note: If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address and this causes your order not to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait until the order is returned to us by the mail service before reshipping your order.
To return goods please make sure the following items have been attached: 1) A completed Returns Form (print this page and complete your details below) 2) The original receipt, please keep a photocopy for your records and, of course, the product and all original packaging.
